Muskogee police officers conclude their "search" for two alleged intruders at the boarded-up hotel at 800 S. 32nd St. In this video, you can hear a police officer ask Code Enforcement Officer Michael Brackeen, "Brackeen, you got enough code enforcement violations?" To which he replies, "Yep." This two-sentence conversation pretty much destroys the city's story about the reason for the illegal and unconstitutional search.
